Tsu Shi Ma Mi Re Suicide Girls Tour dates

Greetings everyone, dunlap reporting in straight from Atlanta’s AWA anime convention with information on our favorite trio of female rockers, Tsu Shi Ma Mi Re. They played last night at the convention and to be honest I was blown away. They’ve got one more show down here in Atlanta on Tuesday before they head out on tour with the Suicide Girls, and I can’t recommend seeing them enough! At $5 a ticket this show is a steal. And I’ll be there, too! If things go well I’ll have some more content up here after the show…

Show Listings Mashup

This is an initial version of the Morning Scene Show Map. I wanted to take the easy route first, and get dirty with the code later. This is an external site, since I am not a fan of the way this service embeds, but soon enough, I’ll have a sexier in-site version.

As a side note, this does let you post pictures, video, and comments relating to each event.

Slated to appear are j-pop cutie Kumiko Kato, and a fun-time band ZZ Band. From this side of the pond, a visual kei band from Canada called eqlipsE, rockers Keith & Kosine, and j-rock/pop cover band Drive. (Keith from Keith & Kosine is also a voice actor for the anime industry.)

FrogPilot gets louder and returns to T.O.

Blair, of TurnItUpSideDown, informs us that FrogPilot will debut their new lineup — now including a second guitarist, Yushi — at the Smiling Buddha Bar (once again) in Toronto on August 5th at 8:00PM for a thrifty $5. For the record, that adds to the previous lineup of Satoshi, Takashi, and Kodo Ryuji.

Nana Kitade: Mega Virgin

Nana Kitade, as seen in the previous post relating to some Otakon-related issues, will also be seen in Virgin Megastores in the cities of New York, Boston, and San Francisco. There she will be performing, meeting, signing autographs, and generally doing the things one does at a record store appearance.

Check out the times and locations..
